Rakhi with delicious Navratan Vegetable Kofta. Vegetable kofta curry is the most amazing combination of
several healthy vegetables.
Deep fried kofta in rich gravy served with butter roti or naan are a sure hit
at any party or small get together. Try this simple recipe this festive season
and surprise your loved ones with mouth-watering dish.
Chopped Vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower, green and red capsicum,
green peas, beans, carrot, potato, onion)
1 bowl Onion and Tomato Paste
1 tbs Ginger and Garlic (chopped)
2 tbs Cream
2 tbs Curd
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon Salt (according to taste)
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 bowl Onion and Tomato Paste
1 tbs Ginger and Garlic (chopped)
2 tbs Cream
2 tbs Curd
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon Salt (according to taste)
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Kasturi Meethi
2 tbs Gram Flour
1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Dry Garam Masala (Green and black cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon stick)
1 tbs Ghee
1 bowl Oil
Directions
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Kasturi Meethi
2 tbs Gram Flour
1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Dry Garam Masala (Green and black cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon stick)
1 tbs Ghee
1 bowl Oil
Directions

In a bowl take all chopped vegetables and add gram
flour, salt, black pepper, ginger and garlic powder and mix well
·
Make small size small balls of this mixture and deep
fry them till they become light golden in colour
·
Now take ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, dry
garam masala and chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute then add
tomato and onion paste and add all dry masala, mix well and keep it on low
flame for 2 minutes

Then add crud and cream and mix well
·
Once the aroma
starts coming and it is roasted properly add ½ small cup of water and mix well
·
Then add fried kofta in the gravy and add kasturi
meethi
·
Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes with lid
cover
· Now your Kofta is ready to serve. Garnish it
with coriander leaves
