Prawn Fry with Onion, Garlic and Tomato Sauce

250 Gms Small/ medium size Prawns            
½ Bowl Yellow Mustard oil (Sufficient for deep frying)
1 tbs Salt                                                        
1 tbs Turmeric Powder                                
1 tbs Red Chili powder                                
1 tbs Coriander Powder                              
3-4 piece Garlic                                                     
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon Meethi Seeds                                        
½ tbs Lemon Juice                                         
2 tbs Fry Onion, tomato & garlic paste  
·         Clean prawns with water and keep aside for 5 minutes to drain out excess water
·         Heat mustard oil in an open pan
·         Put meethi seeds in hot oil. Once meethi seed turn light brown add prawn and small pieces of onion When Prawns turn brown or light red colour then add salt , turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder  and small pieces of tomato and fry till it turns red in colour
·         After it turns red in colour then add fry onion, garlic and tomato paste
·         Cook on light flame for 10-12 minutes
·         Once it is cooked garnish it with finely chopped green coriander leaves
·         Before serving just add 4-5 drops of lemon juice

Serve hot with butter roti
