Ingredients
1 cup Basmati Rice (cooked)
1 small cup Dry Fruits (Few almonds, cashew, walnuts, poppy seeds,
raisins, dry coconut, dates)
Dry Garam Masala (Cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper,
cumin, cloves, fennel seeds)
1 tbs Salt
2 tbs Desi Ghee
Directions

Roast all dry garam masala in open pan for 2
minutes
·
Remove it from pan and make powder in grinder
·
Now heat ghee in open pan and add all dry fruits
and roast for 2 minutes, now add garam masala and salt in roasted dry fruits
·
Now add cooked rice and mix well and keep it on low
flame for 5 minutes
·
Serve hot
