Navratan Pulao

Our second dish in Rakhi special is Navratan Pulao, very easy and delicious recipe. Navratan pulao recipe attempts to bring the exotic authentic Nawabi cuisine to your table. This dish can be enjoyed just like that or with any gravy vegetable.

1 cup Basmati Rice (cooked)
1 small cup Dry Fruits (Few almonds, cashew, walnuts, poppy seeds, raisins, dry coconut, dates)
Dry Garam Masala (Cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper, cumin, cloves, fennel seeds)
1 tbs Salt
2 tbs Desi Ghee

·         Roast all dry garam masala in open pan for 2 minutes
·         Remove it from pan and make powder in grinder
·         Now heat ghee in open pan and add all dry fruits and roast for 2 minutes, now add garam masala and salt in roasted dry fruits
·         Now add cooked rice and mix well and keep it on low flame for 5 minutes
·         Serve hot
