Kaju Katli

Holi celebrations are incomplete without some desserts. So this time instead of going for traditional sweet dessert tried my hand at making Kaju Katli or Kaju Burfi. It is one of my daughters favourite dessert and she was totally happy seeing her mom making her favourite thing at home. Easy recipe to follow and tastes just like store brought. Dahi Bhalla Chaat

Holi is coming and somehow I feel it is incomplete without Dahi Bhalla. One of my favourite snacks and this time instead of serving plain dahi bhalla I made dahi bhalla chaat. The texture of bhalla and crunchiness of onions and mixture in it took the whole experience of eating dahi bhalla to a different level. I just love my chaat, so you also try this new variant and I am sure will love the taste of it.

Sweet Creamy Lassi

Summers are fast approaching and I am always on a look out for refreshing drink.  Today I was in a mood to try something different so made creamy lassi and instead of adding standard ingredients added some new ingredients and ta-da my sweet creamy frothy lassi with a twist was ready. Rich in flavours and quite filing, ideal to serve when kids or elders come home and are feeling little hungry.
