Honey Pasta

My daughter loves pasta and this weekend her demand was to make it little different than usual. I had few ingredients at home and was racking my brain to how to add new flavours suddenly saw the bottle of honey and decided why not use this in the pasta. The result was very yummy and my daughter just loved the sweetness of honey in her pasta. One thing is for sure that kids would just love this pasta as spices are very little and honey gives it a desired sweetness.

Ingredients:
200 Gms Pasta
2 tbs Honey
1 Green Capsicum (cut in small pieces)
1 Red Capsicum (cut in small pieces)
2-3 Baby Corn cut in small pieces
6-8 pieces Cottage Cheese
1 Onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon Dry Garlic Powder
1 tbs Oregano (according to taste)
1 tbs Salt (according to taste)
2 tbs Olive Oil

Directions:
·         Boil pasta in water, add dry ginger and garlic powder and salt
·         Once boiled remove from water and keep it aside
·         In a pan, put olive oil and add red and green capsicum, baby corn and onion and roast till onions become light brown in colour
·         Now add cottage cheese and again roast for 2 minutes
·         Add honey, oregano and little salt and mix properly
·        After that add boil pasta and mix and roast for 2 minutes

·         Now take it out in a bowl and your Honey Pasta is ready to serve
