Even
if you are fasting you like to have some condiment with your food that adds
little zing to your meal. So here’s my version of Navratri special Coriander
Chutney. This chutney can be eaten with any kind of food be it snacks or main
course.
Ingredients:
One
bunch Coriander Leaves
1/2 bunch Mint Leaves
1 tbs Coconut Powder
2 tbs Curd
2 Green Chilli
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs Peanut Powder
1/2 bunch Mint Leaves
1 tbs Coconut Powder
2 tbs Curd
2 Green Chilli
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs Peanut Powder
1 tbs
Salt (according to taste)
Directions:

Clean coriander leaves and mint leaves and chop them
·
Then in a bowl take curd and mix coriander and mint leaves in it and
keep it aside for 1 hour
·
Now take the above mixture in mixer grinder and add peanut powder,
coconut powder and green chili and grind them together to make a paste (don't
add water)
·
Once paste is ready add salt and lemon juice
·
Now take it out in a container and keep it in the fridge and use whenever
you like
