Chicken is one dish that can be made in so
many different ways. Today I am sharing recipe of Bhuna Murg Masala, it is made
with lot of different spices and tastes completely different than your normal
chicken. It is a wonderful dish to make for lunch or dinner so next time do try
this different style of chicken!!
Ingredients:
500 gm boneless chicken
1 cup refined oil
4 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
250 gm chopped onion
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
1/2 cup curd
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon onion paste.
2 green & black cardamom
2 red chili whole
2 bay leaves
2 cloves
Method:

1/2 cup curd
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon onion paste.

Method:
1. Clean chicken
with water and keep it aside for 5 minutes to drain out excess water
2. Make a thick
paste by mixing salt, turmeric Powder, mustard oil, coriander powder, onion
paste and ginger & garlic paste
3. Add this paste
to chicken pieces and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes to marinate
4. Heat oil in an open pan and add cumin seeds, meethi seeds, tej patta
, red chilli and khara garam masala
5. After that add
marinated chicken in the oil and roast for 10 minutes
6. Add onion in
the chicken and again roast till 10 min and after that add 2-3 spoons of thick curd, turmeric Powder, cumin
powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder, ginger &
garlic paste and mix properly and fry it for 15 minutes or till it turns golden
brown
7. Put the flame
on low once the chicken become soft
8. Take one big
size serving spoon heat it on the gas and put butter and chicken masala in it
and keep it on flame for 1 to 2 minutes
9. Once the chicken
become light brown or soft add heated butter and chicken masala and keep it on flame for 2-3 minutes
10. Now serve Bhuna
chicken with hot butter roti or butter nan
