Hot ‘n’ Crispy Chili Potatoes


                                


















 It’s snack time – today I am sharing the recipe of Hot ‘n’ Crispy Chili Potatoes with you. These potatoes are really yum to eat and very easy to make.  The best thing about this snack is that you can have it with tea or coffee or if you want to make something different for lunch or dinner then you can have this with paranthas also.  So next time when you run out of options for something different to have for lunch or dinner then do try these Hot ‘n’ Crispy Chili Potatoes!

Ingredients:

4 potatoes'
3 capsicum
2 onion
6 clove garlic
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 table sauce 
1 tablespoon green chili
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
oil for cooking'

Directions:
1.       Cut potatoes and capsicum in long and thin pieces like you do for finger chips
2.       Then deep fry the potatoes on full flame and keep it aside


3.       Then take a kadai and put four spoon oil in it and once the oil is hot add chopped garlic and onions and fry them till they are mild golden

4.       Then add tomato sauce, black soya sauce, green chili sauce, schezwan sauce and mix it properly (you can increase or decrease the quantity of sauces according to your taste but keep tomato sauce little bit more in comparison to other 3 sauces)

5.       Then add capsicum, salt, chilli powder and black pepper powder and cover it and keep it on low flame for little steam

6.       When capsicum get steamed add fried potatoes and mix it all and give it 5 minutes on high flame but keep stirring

7.       Then switch off the gas and put your Hot ‘n’ Crispy Chilli Potatoes in  a bowl and serve them hot

8.       You can have these potatoes with hot tea or even with paranthas
