Sauted Vegetable Salad

Looking for a quick, easy side dish or an evening snack - try this sauted vegetable with a dash of mayonnaise and served with nacho chips. The dash of oregano seasons will give it a nice tangy flavor.


1 big sized plate of Chopped vegetables ( Red & yellow capsicum, Baby corn, mushroom, Broccoli and cucumber.
1 Tea spoon salt
1 Tea spoon  pepper
1 Tea spoon oregano seasoning
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 Tea spoon ginger and garlic powder
1 Table spoon olive oil
1 Table spoon thick cream
1 Table spoon mayonnaise


1 Clean and chop all vegetables in small pieces.

2 Steam all the chopped vegetables with water for 5 to 7 min. After steamed remov from water and keep aside to drain excess water.

3 In an open pan add olive oil and all steamed vegetables and put on medium flame.

4 Stir fry the vegetables for 5 to 7 min, keep on low flame. Now add all dry spices like salt, pepper, cinnamon powder and ginger & garlic powder mix well.

5. Now add thick cream, mayonnaise, oregano and seasoning mix well.

6 Keep on low flame for another 5 min and serve hot with nacho chips.
