Carrot cheese cutlets

Snacks are my favorite and today I am sharing a recipe of carrot cheese cutlets. It is super yummy to eat and is quite unique in taste. It's quick to make and goes as a perfect accompaniment to tea. Try these yummy cutlets if you are looking for something different & these cutlets will taste heavenly with  Green Coriander Chutney .


1 cup boiled and mashed carrot
1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato
1/2 cup paneer grated
1/2 cup cheese grated
2 tablespoon chopped spinach leaves
2 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon chopped green chili, ginger & garlic
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil ( fry)  


1.  Take all above ingredients except oil in a bowl, and mix it properly.
2.  Make small cutlets of the above mixture .
3.  Heat refined oil in an open pan and shallow fry your cutlets (do it on low flame). Once its become        light brown remove from pan.
4.  Now your carrot cheese cutlet is ready to serve.
