Gobhi Pyaaz (Cauliflower & Onion) Paratha
Today I am sharing recipe of very common paratha that we make on daily basis –gobhi pyaaz parathas. But again the difference comes in the ingredients while making stuffed parathas, we all add or subtract few things according to our liking so here’s my version of gobhi pyaaz paratha. Chana Daal Ka Paratha
Ingredients:
1 cup chana daal
2 chopped onion
5 garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 chopped green chili
few chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon ajwain
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon ghee
2 cup wheat flour
Directions:
1 cup chana daal

Directions:
Preparations
of Dough
1.
cup of wheat flour, salt, oil, needed water and prepare a
soft, smooth dough
2.
Grease your hands with a oil and knead the
dough well
5. After that mix red chilli powder, coriander powder, Ajwain, kasturi meethi, garam masala and salt
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and take it out in a bowl
7. Now your stuffing is ready
How to make paranthas
1. Dust a little flour and roll out the dough in small circle
2. Keep a tablespoon stuffing in the centre and gather all corners and seal the dough
3. Press it gently to flatten the dough
4. Dust a little flour and roll out the dough with gentle hands so the stuffing doesn’t come out
5. Heat the tawa and place the rolled out dough
6. When small bubbles start forming on the surface spread little oil / ghee and flip it over
7. Spread little oil / ghee on the other side and cook both sides till they are golden brown
8. Remove from tawa and serve put little butter on it
9. Now serve your hot paranthas with curd and salsa dip

Mughlai Paratha (Mix Veg Paratha)
Today I am sharing recipe of my version of Mughlai Paratha, I like to call it Mughlai because it gives me very grand feeling whenever I make it for my friends and family J but in simple terms I am sharing recipe of mix vegetable paratha. The best part about this paratha is that you eat lot of vegetable in one go!! I have shared the recipe in which I have made paratha dough with maida and sooji but you can easily substitute maida with atta if you want to make it more healthy but if you are just indulging once or twice in it then I do recommend that you make dough out of maida as it taste amazing that ways! So this weekend indulge yourself in Mughlai way!!

Keeping with the theme of this week I am sharing sharing recipe of Mix Missi Paratha today. It is a very different kind of paratha. In this we add 5 types of flour and it is very healthy and tasty to eat. So if you get bored with eating your normal stuffed paratha then do try this Mix Missi Paratha. Kurkure Karela
Today I am sharing recipe of Kurkure Karela or Bitter Gourd, this is one vegetable which is not liked by everyone and especially it is difficult to make kids eat karela but the recipe that I am sharing today will give a whole new meaning to eating karela. Below is the recipe of Kukure karela which are not bitter in taste and actually taste very nice and have a crunch and a bag full of punch in taste. Best part is you can store fried Kurkare karela for a week in airtight container and can add this to sauté masala whenever you want to relish them. This is great dish for travel and picnics.

Vegetable Pizza
You know it’s going to be a good Sunday when your husband wakes you up with tea and yummy breakfast J Yesterday my husband surprised me by making this delicious pizza for breakfast. Not only it made my day but I also thought why not share this easy recipe with you all and as summer vacations are here why not indulge our little ones with homemade pizza. The best part about this pizza is that you can add or subtract any ingredients you like, people who eat non veg can add sausages, salami or chicken pieces so have fun making your own pizza J
Ingredients:
8 "inches pizza base
1/2 capsicum slice chopped
1/2 onion slice chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 slice green chili
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chili flakes
4 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
Direction
1.
Take the pizza base and spread tomato puree
evenly on it
2. Now sprinkle little salt on it and spread capsicum, onion, carrot, tomato and green chillies evenly on it
3. Then grate mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables
4. Take a steel pan and spread aluminium foil on it and sprinkle flour so that pizza base doesn’t stick
5.
Place the pizza on the pan and put it in your
microwave in grill mode for 3 minutes. Check if the cheese as turned slightly brown, if not grill it for 1 or 2 more mins.
6. Take the pizza out on a plate and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes
7.
Your home made pizza is ready J you can add topping
according to your taste and if you are non vegetarian then you can add sausages
and salami
