Honey Paneer


Today I am sharing recipe of Honey Paneer which is an Indian version of very popular Chinese honey chicken dish. It is a perfect finger food for small get together and can be prepared well in advance. This is one snack which will be a sure hit with people of ages and will be special hit for people who prefer vegetarian food. So do try this recipe for amazing finger licking Honey Paneer!


200 gm paneer (cut in small pieces)
1/2 green capsicum cut in small pieces
1/2 red capsicum cut in small pieces
1/2 small bowl small pieces pineapple
1/2 small bowl boiled corn seeds
2 tablespoon refined oil
3 tablespoon honey
1/2 tea spoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
`1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 small onion slice cut
2 chopped green chili
1 tablespoon chopped ginger and garlic
4 baby tomato
1/2 small bowl mushroom
1 tablespoon cornflour power

1 In a Bowl take panner pieces and add salt corn flour powder, coriender leaves, mint leaves, ginger and Garlic, cinnamon powder and mix it well.
2. Then leave it aside for 1 hour to marinate.
3  Take an open pan and hat oil in it then put paneer pieces in it and fry it till it becomes golden light brow in colour and remove it from the pan.

4. Then again take a pan and heat oil in it and add oinion, red capsicum, green capsicum, mushroom, green chilly, baby tomatoes and corn seeds and mix well and fry till it become very light brown in colour.

5. After that add roasted paneer pieces and mix it properly together.    

6. Now add vinegar, salt, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and honey and mix it properly and roast for 5 minutes.
7.Now your Honey Paneer is is ready to serve.
