Chaat is a evergreen dish and doesn't require any occasion for it. Its a wonderful accompaniment as started to main course meals, or simply as a snack. I made it with only few ingredients. Generally we use chutney for it but I used sauce which is easily available in any house,
Ingredients
10 Papri pieces
1/2 small bowl chopped onion
2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon mixture
1 boil chopped potato
1/2 cup beaten curd
Method
Beat curd and sugar together in a bowl
Mix all sauces together in a bowl
Take papri pieces on a plate and put boiled and chopped potatoes on top.
Add beaten curd and sauces on top of the papri. Try to cover it by beaten curd properly.
Sprinkle chopped onion, pomegranate seeds and mixture ( Namkeen) on top of it.
Sprinkle salt, chaat masala and red chili powder on it and serve cold.
