Fried Peanut Bhindi bhujiya



Okra or bhindi is very famous and evergreen vegetable. One of the most commonly consumed vegetables in India. We can make it in many different ways. I made this peanut fried bhindi bhujiya, fried with panch phoran and peanut powder. It can be a perfect side dish and served in lunch as well as dinner.
Ingredients

400 gm ladyfinger
1 teaspoon ginger chopped
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon panch phoran
2 tablespoon dry roasted peanut powder
2 green chili
oil for cooking

Method:-

Heat open pan, add panch phoran, chopped ginger & garlic. green chili and small bhindi pieces and fry it for 5 to 6 min on low flame.


Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix it well.


Fry it another 3 to 4 min and add peanut powder on it and mix it well.


Roast it on low flame for 3 to 4 min.

Fried Peanut Bhindi is ready to serve.
