Stuffed Capsicum Masala
Capsicum is usually prepared as an accompaniment to the main vegetable curry or recipe in which it is added, but rarely as the main ingredient of a recipe itself. You would have come across capsicum as a pizza topping, as part of fried vegetables in fried rice or noodles, or even as one of the ingredients in some Indian curries - such as Kadai paneer, or kadai chicken, mixed vegetable etc. The interesting part about capsicum are its shape and distinctive flavor. Cutting it slightly on the top makes it look like a bowl - and hence can be used for filling. This is the main essence of the recipe, I am presenting today - Stuffed Capsicum Masala ! Also as it comes in three different vibrant colors - red, yellow and green capsicum - it makes a nice dish from presentation perspective.

I made this bhindi masala by marinating it with few spices and fry it with adding of onion, tomato, curd and peanut powder. It can be perfect side dish and served in lunch as well as dinner.

Sweet dish is very important in our every festival and also for sharing our happiness with other. Any social gathering or occasion is incomplete without sweet dish. Halwa or kheer as sweet dish are always a wonderful and traditional way of concluding any Indian meal. I tried this rawa halwa with a dash of pineapple. This combination gives a unique taste of fruity and the regular rawa halwa.
