Mushroom Tawa fry/ Tikka

It’s again snack time…today I am sharing recipe of Mushroom Tawa fry/ Tikka, super quick to make and delicious to eat. So if you are looking for easy and tasty snack which you can prepare beforehand then do try Mushroom Tawa fry. This is a perfect snack for teatime!


8 to10 pieces Mushroom
1 Small bowl crushed paneer
1 table spoon chopped onion
1 tea spoon chopped green chili
1 table spoon chopped ginger & garlic
1 table spoon chopped coriander leaf.
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon chaat masala
1 tea spoon garam masala
2 table spoon butter


Method for preparation of fillings:

Heat 1 table spoon butter in open pan.
Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chili.
Stir fry it for 2 min and add crushed paneer, salt, black pepper and garam masala, mix well and fryfor 2 min
 Add chopped coriander leaves and chaat masala;  mix well and keep on low flame for 1  min. Remove from pan and keep aside to let it cool.

Clean Mushroom with water and very gently way remove stem portion of mushroom.

Stuff the fillings in the mushroom

Heat butter in open pan and cook mushroom pieces very gently on low flame and cover with lid,

Cook both side of mushroom till its color turn golden brown and serve hot with any kind of dip.
