Gobi Manchurian is a popular street fast food and a perfect side dish for evening snack and side dish for dinner or lunch. I tried a very simple and easy version. It's so easy that you can make it very quickly and serve when you have a surprise guest at home, and you don't have time to cook a lavish spread or time for prior preparation.
Ingredients:
1 bowl cauliflowers cut in small pieces
1 egg
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 tablespoon cornflour powder
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped ginger, garlic and green chili
1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
2 tablespoon spring onion
1 small bowl chopped onion
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Oil for deep fry
Method:
Boil cauliflower for 5 to 7 min and remove from water keep aside to darn execs water.
Marinate cauliflower with egg, all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste.
Heat oil in pan and deep fry all cauliflowers till brown color.
In other pan add 2 tablespoon oil and add chopped onion , green chili. ginger & garlic mix well and fry for 1 to 2 min.
Add all sauce and vinegar in it and mix it well.
Add fried cauliflowers and spring onion .
Mix well and keep on low flame for 1 to 2 min.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
