Weather these days is so nice, with few showers in between that one
feels like having some street food. So today made Baked Potato Chaat, very
filing and tasty to eat. This one is a sure hit with everyone. Make this
delicious chaat this festive season.
Ingredients
4 Potatoes
1 tbs Salt
1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 small bowl Corn (Boiled)
1 small bowl Boil Peas (Boiled)
1 small bowl Peanut (Roasted)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1 Green Chili (Chopped)
1 tbs Chaat Masala
1 small bowl Curd
Green Chutney
2-3 tbs Mixture
4 Potatoes
1 tbs Salt
1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 small bowl Corn (Boiled)
1 small bowl Boil Peas (Boiled)
1 small bowl Peanut (Roasted)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1 Green Chili (Chopped)
1 tbs Chaat Masala
1 small bowl Curd
Green Chutney
2-3 tbs Mixture
Coriander
Leaves (Chopped)
2 tbs Cornflour Powder
2 tbs Cornflour Powder

Peel
the potatoes and grate the potatoes
·
Then
mix ginger and garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and
cornflour powder and mix well
·
Then
take muffin pan and smear it with little oil and put small quantity of this
mixture in all the moulds

Then in
a pre-heated oven bake it for 15-20 minutes at 250 F
·
While potatoes are getting backed, take a bowl
and add corn, peas, peanuts, onion, tomato, green chili, salt, red chili powder
and coriander leaves and mix well
·
Once potatoes are done take them out from the mould and add
all the filing in the middle and add curd, chutney, chaat masala and mixture on
the top
·
Now your Baked Potato Chaat is ready to serve
