Holi is coming and somehow I feel it is incomplete
without Dahi Bhalla. One of my favourite snacks and this time instead of
serving plain dahi bhalla I made dahi bhalla chaat. The texture of bhalla and
crunchiness of onions and mixture in it took the whole experience of eating
dahi bhalla to a different level. I just love my chaat, so you also try this
new variant and I am sure will love the taste of it.
