this Rava Idli is your answer. Rava Idlis are a super fast alternative to the traditional
rice/daal idlis. To make rava idlis, no
grinding and fermenting is required. Rava Idlis taste yum with chutney or
traditional sambhar. So enjoy these hot & melt in your mouth idlis for Sunday
breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava
1 Cup Curd
1 tablespoon Salt
2-3 spoons Roasted Peanut (Crushed)
1 tablespoon Raisins
1 tablespoon Roasted moong daal
1 tea poon Eno
1 tablespoon Oil
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava
1 Cup Curd

Direction
· Mix all the above ingredients in bowl and mix properly and keep it aside for 10 to 15 min
· Now take a microwave idli maker put oil and put this liquid in it
· Microwave it for 4 minutes
· Remove idli from microwave and serve with coriander or coconut chutney
