Noodles Chaat



We all love Chaat but most of us stick to the traditional way of making it so I thought why not make chaat but with a Chinese twist and surprising it turned out well. So here’s my recipe of Chinese Noodles chaat, this Noodles chaat is little spicy and has that extra zing which comes with adding green vegetables so next time you are planning to make Chinese noodles chaat try it with Chinese twist.


Ingredients:

1 plate boiled noodles
1/2 cup green moong
1 boiled potato
1/2 chopped cucumber
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon green chili
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method:

    1. Fry boiled noodles in the open pan.
    2. Take fry noodles in the big size of bowl add- Boiled patato, soakes green moong, chopped Onion, Chopped tomato,green chili, coriander , lemon juice, salt , chaat masala and red chili powder - mix properly.
    3. Now your noodles chaat is ready for serve.
