A quick Dhokla made from Rawa and Gram flour, quite useful if you don't have the traditional dhokla batter. This Dhokla can be cooked in few minutes with absolutely no prior preparations. You can serve it the traditional way with Chutney.
Ingredients:
1 -1/2 cup rawa/suji
1/2 cup gram flour
1-1/2 cup curd
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup refined oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
1. Mix- Suji/Rawa , Gram flour, curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and sugar in a mid sized bowl and leave for 2 hour.

1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
1. Mix- Suji/Rawa , Gram flour, curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and sugar in a mid sized bowl and leave for 2 hour.
2. Take
cooker separator (mid sized bowls are also fine) apply oil evenly and put the
mixture in the separator and put in cooker for steam (It will take 10 min).
3. Once
it’s cooked, take out cut in cube shape and fry with curry leaf, black rai and
green chilly.
4. Serve
with any kind of chutney .
