Our dish for today is Bhuna Matar Paneer .It is a quick and versatile dish that is just so delicious! Bhuna Matar paneer is quick to make and is ideal to make when you are not in a mood to make too much effort. Bhuna Matar paneer can be served as a main course or can be part of side dish. It tastes amazing with toast but can also be served with hot roti or nan!
Ingredients
200 gm paneer cut in square pieces
1 cup green peas (semi boiled)
4 tablespoon butter/ghee
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
1 small bowl chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped ginger, garlic and green chili
1/2 cup curd
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon paneer tikka masala
1 teaspoon lemon
Method:
1 Mix paneer and green peas with curd , tomato puree, salt, chopped onion, green chili, ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder and garam masala powder and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
2 Heat butter in an open pan and add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili and add fry the marinated paneer (It will take 10 to 15 min)

3 Once it turn light brown in color, add paneer tikka masala and lemon juice.
4 Keep on low flame for 5 min.
5 Now your Bhuna Matar Paneer is ready for serve.
