Ingredients:
½ Litre Milk         
                     
      
½ small bowl Sewai (vermicelli)      
                      
    
10-12 Cashew Nut (Cut in small pieces)
10-12 Raisins (Kismish)        
        
1-2 tbs Coconut Powder 
               
  
3-4 teaspoon Sugar (according to your taste)
1 tbs Green Cardamom Powder      
1 tbs Custard
Powder              
      
Directions:
·        
Grind
Sewai in the mixer for just 10 Sec to make it appear as broken
·        
 Boil milk in a
stainless steel bowl
·        
After
the milk has boiled add broken sewai
·        
Keep
it on low flame till sewai is fully cooked and milk has become quite thick (it
will take 20 to 25 min
·        
Now
take ½ cup of milk in a separate cup, add custard powder mix properly
·        
Now
add custard milk in to the Sewai and mix properly
·        
Keep
for another 5 to 7 min on low flame
·        
Switch
off the burner and then add coconut powder, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder
and sugar
·        
Cover
the pot with lid and keep it aside for 10 minutes
·        
Once
it has cooled down, garnish with cherry or other dry fruits
