I
love mushrooms and usually make it with peas or just in tomato and onion gravy.
This time I thought why not try something different so I made mushroom with
paneer and the result was awesome. So if you are looking for a delicious and tasty vegetarian main course recipe, then this dish is for
you. It will be a sure hit at any vegetarian party. Next time you are looking
for a royal dish to be served at your party then do try this recipe.
200 gms Paneer1 small bowl of Mushroom
½ bowl refined oil
3-4 tbs Butter
½ Milk
3-4 tbs Fresh Cream
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
5-6 tbs Onion Paste
5-6 tbs Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 tbs Lemon Juice
Little bit Mint Leaves
1 tbs Ginger & Garlic Paste
Directions:
· Marinate Paneer and Mushroom with – ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, ginger & garlic paste, mint leaves, turmeric powder, lemon juice and red chili powder and keep it aside for 10 minutes
· Heat pan and put 1 spoon butter, now roast paneer and mushroom in to the pan for 5 to 6 minutes (just semi roast them)
· Remove from pan and now put cooking oil and roast onion , once onion will semi fry add tomato paste and roast them together for 5 to 7 minutes
· Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and garam masala
· Once masala will roast properly add cream and mix then roast for 10 minutes (keep in the low flame)
· While roasting the masala put mushroom in it and mix properly
· Proper roasting will take 10 minutes. After that add milk ½ cup and butter
· Now add paneer and cook for 2 minutes on low flame
