Beetroot & Carrot Soup

With the onset of winters we start thinking of hot food & drinks and I thought what a time to make some soup but instead of going for standard soups, I tried my hand at making beetroot & carrot soup and it turned out extremely tasty. This soup has awesome flavors and has loads of nutritional value. So this winter try this tasty & healthy soup.


1 small bowl chopped beetroot
1 small bowl chopped carrot
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion chopped
4 mint leaves'
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 small bowl chopped tomato
1 teaspoon black pepper powder


1. Boil beetroot, carrot, tomato, onion and mint leaves together in cooker. Give 1-2 visels
2. Now grind boiled vegetables in mixer grinder and make paste
3. Now heat butter in a pan and add paste to it and then add salt, ginger powder and black pepper powder (if it’s very thick then add little water) and mix it well
4. Keep it on low flame for 5-7 minutes

5. Now your Beetroot & Carrot Soup is ready to serve
