Winters are approaching
and we all look for nice and hot snacks for teatime and Masala Aloo Chops are a
real treat to taste buds at this time. This is a delicious dish which tastes
wonderful with tea or drinks. So have fun making this yummy easy snack this
winter.
Ingredients:
1 bowl boiled and peeled potato
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper seeds
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon onion paste
1 small onion chopped
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
3 to 4 tablespoon gram flour
1/2 small bowl chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chopped green chili
1 tablespoon rice powder'
1 tablespoon suji
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon suji
Directions:
1. In a mixer grinder take cumin seeds, ginger, black pepper seeds, onion and little water and mix it well and make thick paste
2. In a pan add 1 teaspoon oil and heat it, now add chopped onion and roast for 5 to 7 minutes till the onion turn light brown in colour and now add the paste you prepared and roast it for another 5 minutes
3. Now add coriander leaves and mix it well
4. Then add potatoes in it and mix it well and roast for another 4-5 minutes
5. Now your aloo masala is ready
6. In a bowl take gram powder, rice powder, sooji, turmeric powder, salt and garlic paste and little water and make a paste. The liquid should be thick in consistency
8. Now dip these small masala aloo balls in gram powder liquid you prepared
9. Then deep fry these balls
10. Now your Masala Aloo Chop is ready to serve
