Vegetable Chops



Today I am sharing recipe of another very interesting snack – Vegetable Chops. It is a very quick to make and delicious snack. You can add or take out vegetables depending upon your taste and liking. So do try this recipe if you are looking for quick snack with tea.

Ingredients:

10 bread slice
4 boiled potatoes
1 small chopped carrot
1/2 small bowl chopped beans
1 small bowl boiled green peas
1/2 small bowl boiled corn seeds
1/2 small bowl grated paneer
1/2 small bowl grated cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 bowl bread crumbs
1 cup oil

Directions:
1.       In a bowl take potatoes, carrot, beans, green peas, sweet corn, paneer, cheese, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and and mix them well
2.       In a bowl take some water and in that water dip one piece of bread and with hands squeeze out the excess water, once the water is squeezed out then fill the bread piece with the mixture  you prepared, repeat this step for all the bread pieces do make 10-12 vegetable chops
3.       In a bowl mix maida and corn flour and dip this bread cutlet in it
4.       Then roll the same in bread crumbs
5.       In a big kadai, heat the oil and deep fry the cutlets till they are golden brown from both sides
6.       Now you Vegetable Chops are ready to serve
