Sabudana Poha



Next dish in our Navratre special is Sabudana Poha. It is a very light and filing dish. It is very simple dish to make and because of its mild flavors is like by all. So do prepare this yummy Sabudana Poha during Navratre season!!



Ingredients:

1 small bowl sabudana
1 small bowl pomegranate seeds
1/2 samll bowl puppy seeds
2 tablespoon roasted peanut powder
1/2 small bowl boil potatoes (cut in small pieces)
2 tea spoon sendha salt
1/2 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon ghee


Method:

1.       Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, when they are browned and then add green chilies and ginger           and fry for half a minute on medium flame.
2.       Add boiled potatoes and fry for a minute or two.
3.       Then add sabudana  and fry it on low flame till it becomes translucent, keep stirring continuously.
4.       The add roasted peanut, roasted poppy seeds, salt and peanut powder and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
5.       Then add pomegranate seeds and again roast for 2 minutes.
6.        Now take it out in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
7.       Now your Sabudana Poha is ready to serve.
