Posta Potatoes

We start off our Navratre special with Posta Potatoes.  It is a very light snack & is a perfect dish to have with hot cup of tea. So if you are feeling hungry and are bumped for ideas then do try this new and innovative dish during Navratre.  


2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 small bowl baby potatoes
1 tablespoon roasted peanut powder 
1/2 tablespoon sendha salt
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds


1.       Heat ghee in open pan.
2.       Once the ghee is hot add tej patta, green chilies and poppy seeds, now roast them for 1-2            minutes
3.       Now add your boiled baby potatoes and salt to this and fry for 4-5 minutes.
4.       After that add peanut powder and again roast for 2-3 minutes.
5.       Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
6.       Now your Posta Potatoes are ready to serve.
