It looks like summer is here to
stay so I thought why not share a refreshing drink recipe which will help in
beating summer heat. I am sharing recipe
of Virgin Mojito and have named it so because originally Mojito consists of
alcohol and when you don’t use alcohol it’s called Virgin Mojito. So enjoy this
easy, delicious and refreshing drink anytime of the day you like J

Besan Ladoo
The last dish in our Rakhi special is Besan Ladoo because no special occasion is complete without a dessert! Besan Ladoos are not only yum to eat but are very easy to make and requires just few key ingredients which are easily available at home. So enjoy this auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan with Besan Ladoo J
1/2 kg Besan
4 tablespoon sooji
250 gm desi ghee
100 Gm Almond
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
450 gm sugar powder
20 almonds
Directions:
1.
In a open kadai, heat ghee and add besan and sooji
and keep it low flame and keep stirring it continuously (otherwise it will get
burned).2. When besan colour turns brown then turn off the flame and keep stirring it for 2-4 minutes.
3. Then keep aside the besan mixture for it to cool down.
4. When it cools down add sugar powder, cardamom powder and crushed almonds and using
both hands mix this mixture properly
5. When it is mixed properly, take little bit in your hand and start making small balls in ladoo shape
6. Now your Besan Ladoo is ready, garnish then with almonds (or any dry fruit of your choice).
7. Store it in airtight container at room temperature.
