Cauliflower Raita




Today I am sharing recipe of very interesting raita – Cauliflower Raita. It is very easy to make and is a very healthy side dish. This dish a perfectly complements your lunch or dinner so if you are looking for something besides your regular curd dishes then do try this yummy Cauliflower Raita.

Ingredients:

1 bowl grated cauliflower
1 bowl curd
1/2 roasted peanut powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 small bowl chopped tomato
2 chopped green chili
few chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
2 tablespoon mustard oil

Directions:
1.       Take curd in a bowl and add cauliflower, peanut powder, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix it properly
2.       Now heat oil in a pan and once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, green chilies and once it becomes light color then put this tadka in your Cauliflower Raita
3.       Now your Cauliflower Raita is ready to serve
