Poori is very special dish in india. The combination of poori with vegitables, chole . I tried this poori in quite different way. It can be goes with morning breakfast and evening with tea as well.
Ingredients
1 Cup wheat flour
1/2 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 spoon ajwain
1/2 spoon black jeera
1 small bowl grated potato
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/2 teaspoon red chili flex
1 /2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Oil for deep fry
Method
Take and mix all ingredients in a bowl
Prepare a soft dough of it and make small circle by the help of rolling pin.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry poori very gently.
Fry it till light brown color and serve with pickle or Chutney
