Creamy Custard

The minute summer season starts we start looking for options which are cold and refreshing to eat so I thought why not make creamy custard today. I just love custard because it is the tastiest way to have your fruits. Enjoy the summer season with this wonderful custard.

1/2 ltr Milk
1 tbs Custard Powder
1/2 cup Condense Milk
1/2 cup Thick Cream
1 bowl chopped Fruits (apple, grapes, mango, strawberry and banana or any fruit of your choice)
1 small bowl Dry Fruits (cashew nuts, raisins and almonds)    
1 tbs Sugar Powder


  • Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup of water
  • Boil milk and keep on low flame, add custard in boiling milk and keep stirring it continuously on low flame so that it doesn't stick to the pan
  • Once its become light thick, switch of the flame and keep it aside for cooling 
  • In a bowl mix cream, condense milk and sugar and keep stirring till it become fluffy. You can use hand blender or egg beater for this
  • Now add cold custard milk in this mixture and mix well together with hand blender or egg beater
  • Now add chopped fruits pieces and dry fruits in the mixture
  • Keep it in the freeze and serve chilled
