Chicken Honey Wings

This is very simple way to cook Chicken honey wings. It is different from the traditional ways of baking in oven, rather here, I have made it on tawa. This is a perfect snack and a good dinner with Fried rice / plan chapati/ Garlic Bun.


8 pieces Chicken wings
1 Egg
2 Table Spoon cornflour powder
1 table spoon ginger and garlic paste
1 Table spoon tomato sauce
1 Table spoon green chilly sauce
1 Table spoon soya sauce
1 Tea spoon vinegar
1 Table Spoon Salt
2 Table Spoon Lemon juice
1 Table Spoon white teel
2 Table Spoon honey
1 Table Spoon red chili flakes
1 Tea spoon black pepper
1 Tea spoon Cinnamon powder
1 Tea Spoon oregano seasoning
1 Table spoon butter
5 Table spoon cooking oil for chicken fry
1 Small bowl chopped vegetable like ( Onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, garlic and ginger)
1 Tea spoon chopped green chili
1 Table spoon chopped spring onion


Marinate chicken for 4 to 5 hours with egg, ginger & garlic paste, tomato sauce, green chili sauce, soya sauce, cornflour powder, vinegar and 1 tea spoon salt.

Heat oil in an open pan
Roast/ fry chicken wings keep it covered with lid on slow flame so that it gets cooked properly.

Once Chicken wings get roasted on both sides remove from pan.
In the same pan, put butter, add chopped onion, red & green capsicum, ginger, garlic and green chili.

Roast it for 5 min on low flame.

Now add fried chicken in the roasted onion.

Now add salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder, oregano seasoning, Lemon juice, honey, red chili flakes  and white teel and spring onion.

Mix well and keep on low flame for 5 min as well as cover with lid.
Now off your flame and serve hot chicken wing .

Serving suggestion:
Serve with Round buns, Shangrika and Cherry Salsa (recipes for Shangrika and Cherry Salsa coming soon)
