Cauliflower Cutlet/ Tikki

Today I am going to share recipe of cauliflower Cutlet/ Tikki. It is a very simple snack and easy to make and can served as an appetizer or evening snack with tea. It is great for small parties and get together. This stomach filling, mild spicy and crispy cutlet taste irresistible delicious when served with green chutney or tamarind chutney.

1 small size Cauliflower (chopped or grated)
1-2 Onion (chopped)
1 tbs Ginger
1 Green Chili (chopped)
1 teaspoon Salt (according to taste)
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 tbs Rice Powder
1 tbs Corn Flour Powder
1 tbs Bread Crumbs
2 tbs Sooji


  • Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl except sooji and add 2 tbs water for binding
  • Make small tikki of the above material

  • Then coat them in sooji
  • In a pan take oil and deep fry till they become golden or brown in color
  • Remove from oil and serve with your favorite chutney
