Bread Upma

Looking for quick breakfast recipe then do try this bread upma. Super easy and quick recipe, whenever in a hurry this is a perfect breakfast meal or can be served with evening tea.


Ingredient:
5 Bread Slices
1 small bowl Chopped Vegetable (Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Green Peas and Carrot)
1 chopped Green Chili
1 tbs Peanut
Coriander Leaves for garnishing
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 tbs Tomato Sauce
1/2 tbs chopped Ginger
1 pinch Cinnamon Powder
1 tbs Butter

Directions:
Grind bread slices in mixer grinder to make bread crumbs
Heat butter in an open pan, add chopped vegetables, green chili, ginger, and peanut and roast till light
brown.
Add chopped tomato, salt, pepper, cinnamon powder and oregano; mix well.
Add bread crumbs in the roasted vegetables
Roast till it turns light brown and add tomato sauce and 2-3 tbs of water; mix well
Keep on low flame and roast for 5 min . You can additionally add 1/2 table spoon
 butter and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
