Chicken Masala / Curry

Now this is time for weekend ....Today I am going to share Chicken recipe " Chicken Masala Curry. Its very quick and simple . All ingredients you can get in you kitchen only .


500 gms. Chicken (cut in small pieces)
1 bowl refined oil (sufficient amount for deep frying)
Whole Garam Masala - green cardamom, clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, red chili
1 mid size bowl chopped onion
2 spoon Onion paste
1 mid size bowl tomato  chopped
2 spoon tomato paste
1 spoon salt
1 small spoon turmeric powder
1 spoon red chili powder
1 spoon cummins seed
1 spoon garam masala
1 spoon ginger and garlic paste
2 green chili
2 small bowl curd
2 or 3 spoon cream
50 ml milk

Mix chicken with curd, onion paste,tomato paste,chopped onion, chopped tomato,all khara garam masala,salt, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green chili, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.

Leave for 10 to 12 min to marinate.
Now put all of the above in a pressure cooker add 50 ml milk
Put on pressure cooking and let it give one whistle. 
Switch off the flame and let the cooker cool down on its own.
After that add curd and cream mix properly.


Add garam masala powder and red chili powder mix properly. Keep on low flame for 30 min. Occasionally stir it for uniform cooking.

    Heat ghee in a separate pan, add 1 spoon chicken masala and heat foe 1 min, put in the chicken .
    Your Chicken Masala / Curry is ready for serve.
