Next on our Navratre special is Sabudana Tikki. It is extremely crunchy and goes very well with aloo sabzi, chutney or hot tea. So you can enjoy this as quick snack or can have it as meal also.
1 small bowl raosted sabudana
1 small boiled potato
2 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoon rasted peanut powder
1 tablespoon sendha salt
2 chopped green chili
few coriander leaves chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon kuttu aata
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Keep roasted sabudana in water for 3 to 4 hours
2. Take a bowl and add sabudana, poppy seeds, roasted peanut powder, potatoes,
salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, kuttu atta and mix it properly
3. Make small size balls in shape of tikki and
deep fry in to the oil4. Now you can serve with any kind of chutney or aloo sabzi
