Fried rice is a very popular and common dish of East and Southeast Asian cuisines, It is also very popular street food in Asia. Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a frying pan. Usually it is prepared with vegetables, meat and eggs. Today I tried to prepare it in a simple way with vegetables.
Ingredients
2 Cup cooked jeera rice
1 cup chopped carrot, capsicum, beans, green peas,
1/2 chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped ginger, garlic and green chili
1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
1/2 tablespoon green chili sauce
1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 to 3 table spoon vegetable oil
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic & green chili and all chopped vegetables in it.
Saute it for 2 to 3 min and add all sauce and vinegar in it and mix it well
Add cooked rice in it and salt and black pepper in it. Mix well and roast it for another 1 min .
Remove from heat and serve with Paneer chili or Manchurian
