Chocolate Brownie


Sometime we need a different kind desert in our menu for special occasions. Brownie can be an ideal desert for kids and adults as well. These brownie are simple to prepare.It can also be served with vanilla Icecream or as-is.





Ingredients

125 Gm unsalted butter
125 Gm Dark Chocolate
3 eggs
11/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Method

Heal chocolate and butter in a bowl, mix and melt it together by "double bowling method".
Once it melts remove from heat.

Mix all dry ingredients- plain flour, salt, cocoa powder in a bowl.


Whisk sugar and butter together in a bowl.


In the whisked sugar and egg add all mixed dry flour and melted butter and chocolate in it.



Grease butter in square cake pan and line with baking paper on it.


 Pour the brownie mix in the cake pan.


Bake it for 30 min in preheated 160C oven.
Remove from oven and keep it aside to cool completely.
Cut it in small pieces and serve it.
