We kick start our Diwali week with Potato Cutlets. They are extremely easy to make and tastes yummy and are great snacks to be served at any party. These bread potato cutlets are crunchy and tastes great when served hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. So enjoy this Diwali season with these crunchy Potato Cutlets.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg boiled and mashed potato
1 small bowl chopped onion
4 tablespoon bread crumb
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 cup oil
Directions:

In a bowl take boiled potatoes, onions, bread
crumbs, salt, red & green chilli, lemon juice, garma masala, coriander
leaves and mix them properly1/2 kg boiled and mashed potato
1 small bowl chopped onion
4 tablespoon bread crumb
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 cup oil
Directions:
2. Then wet your hands with little water and make small round or oval shape balls of this mixture
3. In a pan take oil and heat it, when the oil becomes hot slow down the heat and put 3-4 cutlets at a time in the pan
4. Then on medium flame fry them till they are golden brown in colour from all sides
5. Once they are golden brown in colour take them out on a kitchen towel
6. Now serve your hot Potato Cutlet with any kind of sauce or chutney of your choice
