Cheese Omelet

Bored with a regular for your Sunday breakfast? Try this cheese omelet, cooked in a typical south Indian uttappam style. So instead of miking the ingredients cheese and other vegetables are sprinkled on the top.


2 Eggs
1 small sized bowl vegetables- ( few quantity of Chopped onion. green capsicum, Mushroom, Green chili, tomato, Carrot.)
1 pinch salt
1 tea spoon chopped ginger and garlic
1 pinch black pepper
1 tea spoon oregano seasoning
1 table spoon grated cheese
1 table spoon cottage cheese
1 table spoon butter


Mix or beat yolk in mid sized of bowl and add salt, pepper and chopped ginger and garlic

  Chop/grate all vegetables.

Heat butter in a big sized frying pan and put egg in the pan.

Spread all chopped vegetable and oregano seasoning on top of the egg.

Once egg becomes thick turn it in other side.

Flip over to the other side and spreed cheese and Cottage cheese.

Fold omelet from both side.

Now egg cheese omelet is ready to serve.
