Babycorn Crispy Stick



In this lovely weather I just love experimenting with snacks and few days back I tried Babycorn Crispy Sticks. They serve as the perfect antidote in this cold weather. Enjoy this hot & crispy babycorn stick with piping hot cup of tea and on this warm note wishing you all a very Happy Lohri 

Ingredients:

8 pieces baby corn
1 tablespoon corn flour powder
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon rice flour 
1 tablespoon gram flour
1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
1 tablespoon onion paste
1 tablespoon rawa
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander and mint paste
2 green chili
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

1.       Clean baby corn and boil it in water  for 15 to 20 Min  or till it becomes little soft
2.       Now take a mid size bowl and add corn flour powder, maida, rice powder, gram flour, ginger & garlic paste, sooji, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander and mint leave paste, onion paste, green chili and mix it properly and make batter by adding little water  (the consistency of your batter should be thick)
3.       Now put baby corn in the batter and mix properly
4.       Heat oil open pan and once the oil becomes hot add 2 to 3 baby and deep fry them on light flame
5.       Now your Baby corn crispy sticks are ready to serve
