Pumpkin Soup

It is rainy season and I just love having hot beverages in this weather. Yesterday I was thinking about what to make and was not in a mood for tea or coffee or usual soups that I make so decided to try making pumpkin soup. It turned out awesome, the flavour & texture of this soup is so rich and smooth. The best part about this recipe is that I have used very few ingredient, so it is extremely quick & easy to make. Enjoy this rainy season with this mouth-watering soup J

200 gms Leek Stem Part
