Fruit Salad
Salads
are so refreshing to eat and my favorite is fruit salad. I just love the
color of different fruits and their unique taste which blend so well when mix together.
I have used fruits that I had handy at home but you can add or subtract any
fruit you like. If your kids are picky about eating fruits, then do try this
salad. I am sure they will just love it.

Lemon Chicken
We all have heard of Lemon Chicken, but rarely do we know an interesting fact about it. and that is -, Lemon Chicken is cooked in many countries of the world - each with its own style and taste. Italian style of Lemon Chicken - a whole chicken is cooked in white wine and fresh lemon juice, the Australian version involves coating the chicken in batter, frying it, and then covering with a lemon sauce, the French version is similar to Italian but with rosemary and pine nuts. The Chinese/HongKong variety of Lemon Chicken is cooked with the chicken pieces coated in batter, then rolled in almond slivers and deep-fried, and served with the lemon-glaze sauce.
