Even during fast we crave for some sweet dishes so to satisfy that
sweet craving here’s recipe for delicious Singhara Halwa. Easy to cook and
super tasty to eat…so enjoy your Navratre with
this Singhara Halwa.
Ingredients:
1 small bowl singhara aata
2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon cococnut powder
1/2 small bowl chopped dry fruits ( as you like
Directions:
1. Heat ghee in open pan and add singhara aata in the pan, roast for 2 to 3 minutes or till it becomes light brown in colour.
2. Once it becomes light brown then add sugar, coconut powder, dry fruit and water, and roast till water becomes dry (approximately 5-7 minutes).
3. Now again add 1 tablespoon ghee and coconut powder and roast for few minutes.
4. Now take out your Singahra Halwa in a bowl and garnish with dry fruits.
5. Now your Singhara Halwa is ready to serve.
