Kesar, Badam & Pista Shake

Our second dish in Navratre special is cool and refreshing Kesar, Badam & Pista Shake. It’s a very healthy milk shake with awesome flavour of kesar. A prefect cooling and filing drink to enjoy anytime of the day. Awesome drink to have while fasting J


30 Badam (Almonds)
20 pista ( Pistachios)
8 safforn
5-6 green cardamom
1/2 litter milk
2 tablespoon sugar

1.       Soak almonds and pistachios in water for 5-6 hours.

2.       Then peel them and keep it aside.

3.       Now take little cold milk and soak saffron strands in it.
4.       In a mixer grind almonds, pistachios, saffron, green cardamom and sugar together to make paste.
5.       Take a pan and boil milk in it, once the milk comes to boil add the paste to it and stir it.
6.       Again let the milk come to boil.
7.       Remove the pan from the stove and once the milk comes to room temperature place it in refrigerator.
8.       Now serve your Kesar, Badam & Pista Shake cold. You can garnish with few strands of almonds and pistachios.
