Onion Pakoda



What a lovely weather it was on Sunday in Bangalore and I thought why not make some nice snack and what better than Onion Pakodas. They are hot, spicy and crunchy, a perfect snack for rainy season with a hot cup of Masala tea. I enjoyed my Sunday with these lovely Onion Pakodas and yummy Green Coriander Chutney. Ingredients:

1 bowl onion slice chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoon suji
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chaat masa;a
1 teaspoon chopped green chili
1 small bowl besan
2 tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
1.       Take a bowl and put chopped onions, garlic paste, ginger, poppy seeds, sooji, salt, green chilies, besan, corn flour, kitchen king masala, lemon juice and mix it properly
2.       Then add very little amount of water and mix it well
3.       Now take a kadai and heat oil  and with the help of spoon take one – one spoon of onion batter and put in hot oil and deep fry till they are light brown in colour
4.       Serve your hot Onion Pakora with Green Coriander Chutney
