Mix Chinese Bhel Puri

We all love Bhel Puri but most of us stick to the traditional way of making it so I thought why not make Bhel Puri but with a Chinese twist and surprising it turned out well. So here’s my recipe of Chinese Bhel Puri, this Bhel Puri is little spicy and has that extra zing which comes with adding soya sauce and vinegar so next time you are planning to make Bhel Puri try it with Chinese twist.

 
 
Ingredients:
1 Medium Size Bowl Boiled Noodles                
1 Small Bowl Puffed Rice                        
½ Small Bowl Namkeen Mixture           
½ Bowl Boiled Corn                        
2 Boiled Potato (cut in small pieces)
½ Bowl Refined oil                           
1 teaspoon Salt                                      
½ Small Bowl Cabbage                             
½ Small Bowl Capsicum                            
¼ Small Bowl Fried Peanuts                    
½ teaspoon Ginger (cut in small pieces)
2-3 Cloves of Garlic (cut in small pieces)                                    
1 Onion (cut in small pieces)                                                                       
2 Green Chili (cut in small pieces)                                                              
1 Tomato (cut in small pieces)                                                                    
2 tbs Chili Sauce                           
2 tbs Tomato Sauce                     
2 tbs Soya Sauce                           
½ tbs Vinegar                                  
Coriander Leaves for garnishing    

Directions:
·         Heat refined oil in open pan and add onion, cabbage, capsicum, green chili, ginger and garlic
·         Once it’s become light brown add corn seeds, potato, peanuts, tomato, noodles, chili sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it properly
·         After that add puffed rice and namkeen mixture and mix it properly
·         Now put the mixture in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves
